Water Tank Hire
Our ruggedly constructed plastic water tanks are an excellent bulk water storage option, as stand-alone units or as part of a temporary water supply network, for short or long term hire.
Water tanks are often connected to welfare cabins to supply toilet and washing facilities, fed by an electric on-demand pump, which can be added to your hire request.
Tanks can be quickly deployed for example, we recently provided two 5,000 litre water tanks plus quality assured drinking water, as an emergency measure to a housing estate in London where mains supply had been lost
For more information on emergency water supply click here.
Other common uses are on construction sites, at events and festivals and other volume storage situations at locations with no mains water supply or lack of water pressure.
As standard we stock 5000 and 10,000 litre water tanks, although larger capacities are available on request. And to assist your delivery needs we can arrange delivery by crane wagon, which will help you site the vessel in your desired location.
Tanks can be prepared for clean or potable (drinking) water.
Potable water tanks are fully DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate) Regulation 31 and WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approved, and are treated prior to delivery to strict cleanliness standards inline with health and safety guidelines.
For lower volume usage, we recommend either a towable water bowser or IBC cube water tanks.
For bulk storage, your best option will be a tanker trailer, which offer capacity up to 30,000 litres.
All vessels can be topped up on demand or on a scheduled basis.
And remember, we don’t just drop the equipment and leave you to figure things out.
Talk to us to discuss pipework, fittings and if required Tardis fitters, the manpower and know how to put it all together and leave it ready for use. This includes connection of welfare cabins, toilet and shower blocks to supply and drainage facilities.
